GPM Investments, owner of Scotchman stores, invites you to join as a Store Manager in Ladson, SC. Lead operations, motivate a team of 8-15 employees, and drive performance across all shifts. You will manage inventory, sales, and customer service while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all store operations, including cleaning and frontline service.
• Willingness to cross-train and manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person when coverage is needed - available for any shift.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid driver's license, transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on cross-training and manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
