GPM Investments in Ladson, SC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 3884. This full-time role supports the Store Manager, handles customer service, cash handling, and daily operations on second or third shifts with open availability.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and participate in hiring and training. Weekly pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits such as 401(k) and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Open availability to weekends and holidays.
• Able to work second or third shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and exterior areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
