Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Seekonk, MA to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation with a focus on delivering a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor and coach assistants and staff, partner with merchandising and operations, and own sales results, staffing, training, and process execution while upholding Burlington's values of trust and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar sales and budgets.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store staff to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, scheduling and staffing needs.
• Partner with Merchandising and Operations to optimize inventory and pricing.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
• Act as Manager on Duty and uphold Burlington SOPs.
