Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Massachusetts to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor a team, partner with district and regional leaders, and ensure execution of merchandising, service, and operations standards.

The role requires a 5+ year background in retail management, flexibility in schedule, and strong leadership to guide associates toward achieving store goals while upholding our Burlington values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policies and initiatives are followed.
• Partner with store leadership to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing.
• Lead Payroll budget management and scheduling; manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses.
• Recruitment, screening and hiring of associates; onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Foster effective communication across store, district and regional teams.
