Job summary

Burlington Stores in Medford, MA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume store and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor and coach a team of managers, supervisors, and associates, driving sales while managing operations, merchandising, and customer service with integrity.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily store activities, ensuring policy adherence and strong partnerships across districts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store team to execute policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement and pricing with Merchandising team.
• Review receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy with Operations.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty and maintain Burlington SOPs.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard associates; coach and develop staff.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Foster communication across store, district, and regional teams.
