• Ability to work in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retail store operations to ensure profitable performance.
• Achieve revenue, expense, and profit objectives in line with store budget.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and mission.
• Lead merchandising, checkout, and customer service functions.
• Monitor results and drive improvements.
• Extend hours as required by operations.
