Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion the use of selling technology to support a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book.
• Act as an engaged leader and support total store priorities.
• Lead merchandising direction with Visual Merchandising Manager and Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, and signing are completed.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment and track metrics to optimize fill rate.
