Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years direct experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations; drive sales and EBIT through policy execution.
• Coordinate onboarding/training for operations executives/supervisors in partnership with central SMEs.
• Strategize staffing and payroll within budget to meet financial targets.
• Oversee cash office operations and daily balancing; resolve cash issues with AP.
• Deliver operational scorecard metrics (Expense, Shortage, EBIT, Productivity, HUR).
