The role emphasizes leadership development through our training programs, with opportunities to advance within a promoting-from-within culture. A strong background in retail management and cash handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities are essential.
• Experience with merchandising, promotions, and using store reports to drive results.
