Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees customer service leadership, training and coaching for store staff.
• Manages merchandising and marketing programs in-store.
• Uses P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
• Handles cash, fuel transactions and promotes the rewards program.
• Ensures a clean, safe, in-stock store environment.
