7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

The Store Leader will supervise staff, coach employees, and ensure strong operations, cash handling, and health/safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and internal advancement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and qualified applicants.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs in-store.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports and P&L to drive change.
• Manage cash handling and promotions for rewards program.
