7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a store team, and drive sales. You will oversee merchandising, training, and customer service, ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping experience.

The role emphasizes promoting from within, coaching staff, and delivering strong store performance through proactive leadership and hands-on guidance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position in a community-focused environment with opportunities for career growth through our training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach store staff.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service leadership.
• Drive profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Develop skills of the store team and mentor associates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintain in-store presentation.
