7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in San Diego to join a focused management team. You will lead and coach store staff, drive customer service excellence, and help implement merchandising and marketing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year of Retail Management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and coaching with Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Support in retaining staff by developing leaders and empowering teams.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment following health procedures.
• Communicate effectively and operate computer tools (Word, Excel).
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
