Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, lead hiring and coaching of associates, and drive financial performance while delivering guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success. Candidates must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home and work a schedule including

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
