Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Our 8+ week Store Leadership Training program supports your growth; flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and a commitment to food safety through Serve Safe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage/direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Lead hiring, training, and development to build a strong team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality service and food safety standards.
• Support store leadership training and implement programs to drive store performance.
