Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an eight-week-plus Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, along with ongoing mentorship and a supportive Panda community focused on your growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda store, hiring, directing and developing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Drive store performance and guest satisfaction by adhering to company standards.
• Participate in an 8+-week Store Leadership Training program for leadership development.
