Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Focus on driving store performance and guest satisfaction while leading a team.
