Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a customer-facing sales team focused on delivering an end-to-end, personalized shopping experience.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee training, merchandising, and store operations to meet goals and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across store channels and Areas using company technology platforms.
