Job summary

South Moon Under in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in delivering best-in-class service and stylish, curated looks for customers. You will mentor a team, drive sales metrics, manage daily operations, and ensure visual standards align with the brand while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail leadership, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the flexibility to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in a management role in retail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and POS systems.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leader in daily operations and decision making.
• Lead and develop the store team to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
• Assist with staffing, interviewing, and scheduling needs.
• Drive visual standards and merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Manage performance and coach team members.
