Job summary

South Moon Under is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in driving exceptional in-store service and fashion-forward customer experiences. You will mentor Stylists, uphold brand standards, and guide the team to deliver tailored looks that delight customers.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staffing, training, and ensuring KPI targets are met. The role requires flexible hours and a passion for fashion and customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in management-level position in a specialty retail environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to inspire and guide your team toward delivering best-in-class service.
• Communicate brand standards and ensure the team consistently meets customer needs.
• Create a selling environment focused on personalized outfitting and an end-to-end customer experience.
• Model the brand aesthetics with a fashion-forward, enthusiastic attitude.
• Assess and improve personalized service levels offered by Stylists and tailor experiences.
• Handle customer feedback and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain store operations and overall retail standards.
