Job summary

South Moon Under in Reston, VA seeks a proactive Key Holder to partner with the Store Leader. You will guide a team to deliver best-in-class service, curate looks for customers, and build lasting relationships with the brand.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive daily operations, manage shipments and omni-channel fulfillment, uphold visual standards, and ensure a welcoming, fashion‑forward in-store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a management-level position in a specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership, time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
• Ensure expected customer service levels are maintained and exceeded by the team.
• Create a selling environment focused on a seamless end-to-end experience through customer engagement and personalized outfitting.
• Embody brand aesthetics with a strong fashion sense and enthusiastic attitude.
• Assess and improve personalized service, ensuring tailored experiences for all customers.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations.
