7-Eleven in Manassas, VA seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and a team of associates. You will drive customer service excellence, coaching staff, and execute merchandising initiatives to grow sales.

You will use store data to improve performance, manage cash, fuel tasks and loyalty programs, while ensuring a clean and compliant store. The role emphasizes promoting from within and developing leaders.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training and coaching for all store staff.
• Aim to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive improvement and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty promotions.
