Warby Parker in Darien, CT is seeking a Store Leader to lay the foundation for our growing retail business. You will build and lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors, drive personal and store performance, and align with company targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach the team, oversee scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with Marketing on store events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer.
• Able to coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team that hits sales and operational targets.
• Clear, honest, empathetic communicator capable of tough decisions.
• Organized, entrepreneurial, willing to take calculated risks to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker values to customers and team members.
• Execute and improve all operational activities to meet financial and customer goals.
• Follow company processes to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
• Coordinate store events with Marketing and protect inventory and assets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training; conduct biannual reviews.
