Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail management, can coach top performers, and drive results through strong leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Represent and communicate Warby Parker's values to customers and team
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet store targets
• Follow company-wide processes to maintain brand consistency
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team
• Coordinate store events with Marketing
• Protect inventory and assets through procedures
• Ensure risk management and safety protocols
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the store team
• Lead biannual performance and development reviews
• Uphold Warby Parker's values and foster an inclusive culture
• Attend leadership trainings including Store Leader Summit
