Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker's values to customers and team members
• Execute and improve all operational activities to meet store financial targets and customer experience goals
• Follow company-wide processes to maintain brand consistency
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team
• Coordinate store events with Marketing
• Protect inventory and assets by following procedures
• Enforce safety and risk management protocols
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team
• Conduct biannual performance and development reviews
• Live Warby Parker's core values and promote an inclusive workplace culture
• Participate in leadership trainings and the Store Leader Summit
