Warby Parker is opening a Massachusetts store and seeking a Store Leader to lay the foundation of our Retail business. You will build and lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial targets.

With 3+ years in retail management, you’ll recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with Marketing on events. We value energetic leaders who embody our culture and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused, operationally excellent retailer.
• Able to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team that meets sales, operational, and financial goals.
• Strong communicator who can make tough decisions and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Represent and communicate the brand to customers and team members.
• Execute and improve all operational activities to meet store financial targets and customer experience goals.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
• Coordinate store events with the Marketing team.
• Build and foster an engaged, effective team through recruitment and onboarding, plus ongoing training.
• Lead biannual performance and development reviews for each team member.
