Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer.
• Proven ability to coach and retain high-performing teams that meet sales and operational goals.
• Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker values to customers and team members.
• Execute and improve operations to meet store financial targets and customer experience goals.
• Follow company processes to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
• Coordinate store events with Marketing.
• Protect inventory and assets by following procedures.
• Enforce safety and risk management protocols.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of team.
• Conduct biannual performance and development reviews.
• Inspire team with Warby Parker vision and core values.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture and respectful service.
• Participate in leadership trainings and annual Store Leader Summit.
