Responsibilities

Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on performance.
Drive in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
Demonstrate policy knowledge and store strategies to the team.
Set daily shift goals and direct opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments.
Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personal recommendations.
Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
