Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager and act as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handle deposits and shipments.
• Build connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution and visual presentation.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
