• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Showcase knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Execute opening/closing routines, bank deposits, and shipments.
• Engage customers with personalized recommendations and needs discovery.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Lift and move items as required to maintain store appearance.
