Job summary

Petco is seeking a Key Holder to join our Pet Care Center team in a supervisory capacity. You will support store leadership by supervising partners, opening and closing the store, and serving as a point of contact when management is not present.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor operations and supervise partners during shifts.
• Open and close the store following cash handling and safety protocols.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Assist with training new partners and reinforce best practices on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Identify inventory issues and communicate them to leadership.
