The TJX Companies, Inc. in Norwood, MA is seeking a Key Carrier who will perform as a flexible leader within the store, alternating with Coordinator duties depending on store needs.

This role requires open availability including nights and weekends, and emphasizes exceptional customer service. Key Carriers model strong customer focus, supervise Associates, and ensure tasks align with store plans while adhering to policies.
