Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Georgetown is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

This role alternates with the Coordinator role, leading associates and coaching team members to maintain excellent customer service across shifts. The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of store operations and customer service policies
• Ability to coach, delegate, and follow-up with multiple people/tasks
