Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier with openness to grow leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting in Ohio.

The role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier duties to support store operations, coaching Associates, and upholding company policies while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach, delegate and follow-up on tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes honesty and integrity in operations and confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following policy and procedures.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store procedures.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage to ensure service levels.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates; supports training needs.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed correctly.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management.
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
