Bath & Body Works in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing a high-performing team and delivering consistent, exceptional customer experiences that drive store growth.

You will lead retail operations, coach associates, manage performance, and ensure selling excellence while upholding brand standards and safety policies. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to handle customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating company directives.
• Set daily goals for the team and monitor performance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors aligned with Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability across the team.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement standards.
