You lead visual merchandising, inventory, and community relationships to grow the business. The role requires 1 year of people management and retail operations experience, a passion for inclusive leadership, and the ability to work a variable schedule

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience or more.
• 1 year managing business operations and retail administration.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store vision and team culture with inclusive leadership.
• Drive guest experience on the floor and coach team members to close gaps.
• Oversee product strategy, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan quarterly/seasonal store strategy, budget, and labor with recruiting.
• Manage store P&L and drive sales targets in line with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
