Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a New York-area store, driving performance, guest experience, and a culture of belonging. You will hire, coach, and develop a diverse team while delivering world-class service.

You will manage merchandising, inventory, and local community relationships, planning budgets and staffing to achieve store goals and champion the brand values.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and labor management

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster an inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming differences and supporting a productive, fun experience for staff.
• Establish a vision for the store based on metrics and initiatives, and cascade it to all team members.
• Oversee hiring strategy to build a diverse, capable team across experiences and backgrounds.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and development check-ins for ongoing performance
• Drive exceptional guest experience on the floor and coach teams to address gaps with feedback and coaching.
• Plan and execute high-level store planning for strategy, budget and labor, including recruiting and training.
