Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and managing labor hours and managing projects or processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
• Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing store team and cascade vision to all team members.
• Drive exceptional guest experience on the floor with focus on product education and coach team members accordingly.
• Oversee store operations, merchandise strategy, inventory accuracy, and execution of company initiatives.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategies including budgeting and labor, and manage store P&L.
• Lead hiring, development, feedback, coaching, and performance management for store leadership and staff.
