Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years retail or sales specific management experience

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop people to build a strong, diverse team.
• Lead guest experience on the floor with coaching and feedback.
• Drive store performance including P&L, budgeting, and planning.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategy, labor, and training.
