lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the retail store, guest experience, and team development. You will hire, coach, and empower a diverse team while cultivating an inclusive environment that aligns with our values and community commitments.

You will drive merchandising, inventory accuracy, and local initiatives, plan quarterly budgets and labor needs, and manage the store's P&L while delivering world‑class service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive store culture and develop team members through feedback and coaching.
• Establish a vision for the store and cascade it to the team.
• Oversee hiring to build a diverse, capable team.
• Drive exceptional guest experience on the floor and coach staff.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and product strategy.
• Oversee store P&L and budget targets.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store planning including labor and training.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance.
• Build relationships with local ambassadors and community partners.
