CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Minnesota for development into a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week program combines self-paced and collaborative training with hands-on experiences, guided by district leadership and store managers to prepare you for leadership responsibilities.

Eligible candidates will engage in structured experiences, demonstrate strong communication, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management, and be prepared for potential promotion

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may count.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
