Job summary

Parker Management's Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Store Leader in Training to develop leadership skills while assisting the Store Leader in daily operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service, all while upholding Parker’s Kitchen standards.

You will cover for the Store Leader within the district, gaining hands-on experience and preparing for a future promotion to Store Leader.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a retail operation or with Parker's or the equivalent (store leadership exposure).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, planning, and organizing store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support the Store Leader in managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team members are trained and motivated.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations and absences to gain promotion-worthy experience.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
