Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen in Georgetown, SC is seeking a Store Leader in Training to develop and refine your leadership skills while assisting the Store Leader in managing day-to-day operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service, upholding Parker’s Kitchen’s high standards.

Primarily assigned to a specific location, you will cover for the Store Leader within the district, gaining hands-on experience that prepares you for promotion to Store Leader.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
• Lead store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support the Store Leader in managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team motivation.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations and absences to gain promotion-ready experience.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
