Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen in Rincon, GA is seeking a Stores Leader in Training to develop leadership skills while assisting the Store Leader with day-to-day operations across gasoline, retail and food service.

You will cover the Store Leader within the district, gain hands-on experience for a future promotion, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while upholding Parker’s Kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail operation or with Parker’s experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older to work in store operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days is mandatory.
• Store Leaders in Training must be able to work varied hours, days and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support Store Leader in managing staff and training.
• Cover Store Leader during vacations and absences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales and financial targets; maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
