Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Store Leader in Training to support and learn from the Store Leader while overseeing daily operations across gasoline, retail, and food service in a local store. You will gain hands-on experience, cover for the Store Leader when needed, and build leadership capabilities for future advancement.

You will participate in leadership training, manage staff, and help maintain Parker’s Kitchen’s high service standards, culture, and performance metrics in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a retail operation or Parker’s or the equivalent.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
• Store Leaders in Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist Store Leader with training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
• Lead store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service; manage staff and delegate tasks.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations and absences to gain promotion-ready experience.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
