Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Store Leader in Training to support daily operations, develop leadership skills, and cover Store Leader duties when needed. The role includes overseeing gasoline, retail, and food service while maintaining Parker’s Kitchen’s high standards.

You will gain hands-on experience, work across the district, and prepare for promotion to Store Leader through training, coaching, and performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a retail operation or related role.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days is mandatory.
• Store Leaders in Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Coach and train team members to maintain high service standards.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations and absences.
• Manage daily store tasks and ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Monitor sales and support budgeting and cost control.
