Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Store Leader in Training to develop leadership skills while assisting the Store Leader in day-to-day operations across gasoline, retail, and food service. You will cover for the Store Leader within the district, gaining hands-on experience for a future promotion to Store Leader.

You will participate in leadership and operations responsibilities, help manage staff, and learn budgeting and performance monitoring as part of a structured development path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old to work in store operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within first 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist Store Leader with training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
• Lead, plan, and organize store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
