Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) who progresses to Assistant Manager, with responsibilities spanning sales, merchandising and operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates and take on leadership duties in their absence. You will lead guest-focused sales, maintain visual standards, and ensure service excellence while managing daily tasks and store performance in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Teammates to meet sales goals and provide legendary service.
• Recruit, train and develop new Teammates; cover Store Manager duties when needed.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, and store cleanliness; ensure POS procedures are followed.
