Job summary

True North is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in the Operations department. You will hire, train, and schedule team members, provide leadership, set goals, and deliver feedback to drive a fast, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, maintenance, customer service, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Previous experience supervising others is preferred.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide active floor leadership during shifts and support team members.
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Recruit and train new team members.
• Run daily reports, reconcile shift sheets, and banking procedures.
• Support store operations during high-volume periods.
