Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience in retail or Parker’s-equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist Store Leader with training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
• Lead, plan, and organize store operations including gasoline, retail and food service.
• Support in managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team are trained and motivated.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, stocking, and cash handling accuracy.
• Monitor sales and work toward achieving financial goals and profitability.
